Her practice focuses on insurance coverage and commercial and medical malpractice litigation for clients across multiple jurisdictions. Lindsay is licensed to practice law in seven states and the District of Columbia.
Lindsay is very familiar with the processes and procedures in federal and state courts where she has represented insurance clients in a wide range of cases, including commercial general liability, professional liability, commercial auto, personal auto, umbrella and property. She also represents physicians, hospitals, dentists and other healthcare professionals in medical practice cases and board investigation matters.
During law school, Lindsay earned the John Marshall Scholarship, a prestigious award that afforded her a unique opportunity to be taught and mentored by Senior Justice Elizabeth Lacy of the Supreme Court of Virginia and Judge M. Hannah Lauck of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division. Lindsay also served as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and was an executive member of the Moot Court Board.
