Dan Kincheloe approaches each case with a commitment to thorough and thoughtful advocacy. Whether he is defending against a complicated medical malpractice case or working with a healthcare provider to secure a child’s admission to the Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program, he works tirelessly to retain the experts and make the arguments that will position HDJN clients to obtain a desirable outcome.
“From hospitals to dentists to long-term care facilities to doctors in a wide variety of specialties, I have focused my practice on the representation of healthcare providers across Virginia and North Carolina,” Dan says. “I enjoy and appreciate the opportunity to help professionals who have devoted their lives to taking care of others.”
Dan has litigated hundreds of medical malpractice cases in state and federal courts and on various levels of appeals. He is one of the few Virginia lawyers with extensive experience representing healthcare providers in Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation administrative proceedings. Dan has been listed in Virginia Medical Law Report’s list of Million-Dollar Defense Verdicts for his first chair trial success. Every year since 2008, Dan has also been selected by his peers as a Virginia Super Lawyers’ Rising Star. Only 2.5% of Virginia lawyers are honored as Rising Stars.
